💼 About This Role

You'll design and execute A/B tests to improve user engagement and subscription growth for a large-scale learning platform. Your experiments will directly drive acquisition, activation, and retention in a high-velocity experimentation culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests across the customer journey
• Build and manage an experimentation roadmap based on business impact
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and analysts on test initiatives
• Identify optimization opportunities using analytics and customer research

📋 Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization or growth marketing
• Proven success designing and executing experiments that improved conversion rates
• Experience in fast-paced testing environments with continuous optimization
• Hands-on experience with GA4 or Amplitude, and A/B testing platforms like Convert

✨ Nice to Have

• German language skills for understanding DACH market
• Experience with Hotjar or similar UX tools
