You'll own backend systems at scale for an AI-powered business platform used by millions. You'll design and evolve Node.js/NestJS services, optimize data models, and ensure reliability. This role stands out for its focus on end-to-end system ownership rather than ticket execution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and evolve Node.js/NestJS services for high-volume systems
• Build well-typed REST APIs with versioning and backward compatibility
• Model and optimize MongoDB/Firestore schemas for high write workloads
• Implement queues, caching, and rate limiting for burst traffic
• Instrument logs, metrics, and traces; participate in on-call

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional engineering experience
• Deep comfort with Node.js + TypeScript
• Experience building and scaling microservices (NestJS/Express)
• Strong understanding of API design and distributed systems tradeoffs

• Pub/Sub or message queue experience
• Event-driven systems exposure
