You'll own full-cycle sales of a workforce management platform for the construction industry. Your core impact is driving new business revenue through outbound prospecting and consultative closing. This role offers uncapped commissions and equity in a high-growth startup.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own monthly sales targets within assigned territories.
  • Manage and optimize your business pipeline through focused prospecting.
  • Conduct sales calls to set up demos, build relationships, and close deals.
  • Use a consultative sales approach to address prospect needs.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4+ years of SaaS sales experience to SMB or Mid-Market customers.
  • Outstanding track record in outbound sales and/or sales development.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset.
  • Ability to develop solid interpersonal relationships with client organizations.
