You'll own full-cycle sales of a workforce management platform for the construction industry. Your core impact is driving new business revenue through outbound prospecting and consultative closing. This role offers uncapped commissions and equity in a high-growth startup.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own monthly sales targets within assigned territories.
- Manage and optimize your business pipeline through focused prospecting.
- Conduct sales calls to set up demos, build relationships, and close deals.
- Use a consultative sales approach to address prospect needs.
๐ Requirements
- 4+ years of SaaS sales experience to SMB or Mid-Market customers.
- Outstanding track record in outbound sales and/or sales development.
- Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset.
- Ability to develop solid interpersonal relationships with client organizations.
