💼 About This Role
You'll manage key client relationships and drive growth for HeyJobs' AI-powered recruiting platform. You'll identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams. This role offers a competitive base plus uncapped commission structure.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain client relationships with a focus on value
- Identify growth opportunities and propose tailored solutions
- Conduct regular alignment calls and performance presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs
📋 Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in sales or account management
- Strong service mindset and solution-oriented approach
- Willingness to travel nationwide in Germany
- Excellent communication skills in German (English is a plus)
