💼 About This Role

You'll manage key client relationships and drive growth for HeyJobs' AI-powered recruiting platform. You'll identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams. This role offers a competitive base plus uncapped commission structure.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain client relationships with a focus on value
  • Identify growth opportunities and propose tailored solutions
  • Conduct regular alignment calls and performance presentations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs

📋 Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in sales or account management
  • Strong service mindset and solution-oriented approach
  • Willingness to travel nationwide in Germany
  • Excellent communication skills in German (English is a plus)
