You'll provide clinical evaluation and stabilization to individuals in psychiatric crises within a Community Behavioral Health Clinic. Your core impact is ensuring rapid response and targeted support to help clients remain in the community. This role offers fee-for-service flexibility with both onsite and telehealth options.

  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations and stabilization interventions
  • Provide urgent care including crisis planning and short-term treatment
  • Deliver interventions in office, virtually, community, or residences
  • Develop safety plans and crisis plans using evidence-based practices

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
  • Strong diagnostic skills and crisis intervention competence
  • Valid Massachusetts Driver's License
