You'll provide clinical evaluation and stabilization to individuals in psychiatric crises within a Community Behavioral Health Clinic. Your core impact is ensuring rapid response and targeted support to help clients remain in the community. This role offers fee-for-service flexibility with both onsite and telehealth options.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and stabilization interventions
- Provide urgent care including crisis planning and short-term treatment
- Deliver interventions in office, virtually, community, or residences
- Develop safety plans and crisis plans using evidence-based practices
๐ Requirements
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Strong diagnostic skills and crisis intervention competence
- Valid Massachusetts Driver's License
