You'll help shape the Posh platform that brings people together through live events. Your work will directly impact how event organizers create experiences and how attendees discover and enjoy them. You'll tackle productionalizing personalization algorithms and building model-serving infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead productionalization of personalization and classification algorithms
• Build model-serving infrastructure including APIs and batch pipelines
• Translate experimental ML outputs into production-ready systems
• Collaborate on scalable architecture and technical decisions

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years leading complex technical projects with business impact
• Experience integrating LLM or ML outputs into core product features
• Strong specialization in backend or infrastructure systems
• Proficiency in AWS, Java, Python, TypeScript, and IaC
