💼 About This Role

You'll lead X-ELIO North America's adherence to federal and state electric regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with NERC, FERC, and ERCOT standards. Your work will directly safeguard operational reliability and support growth in renewable energy markets. This is a contract-to-hire engagement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead compliance with NERC, FERC, state, and ISO/RTO requirements.
• Prepare and submit NERC, FERC, ERCOT, PUCT, and EIA filings.
• Lead audits, self-certifications, spot checks, and data submittals.
• Develop and maintain compliance procedures and internal controls.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of direct experience with NERC, ERCOT, and reliability standards.
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and ISO/RTO regulatory frameworks.
• Proven experience managing regulatory filings, audits, and compliance programs.
• Bachelor's degree required.

• Experience with NERC 693 requirements and EIA submissions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
