You'll own the full data lifecycle across client engagements, leading extraction, migration, and integration into Azure and Salesforce. Your work will drive productized integrations and custom Talend pipelines for alternative asset firms. This hands-on role combines deep SQL/Python skills with real integration experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Extract, cleanse, and migrate client data from source systems.
• Design and execute data transformation pipelines mapping to proprietary schema.
• Manage productized integrations and custom Talend pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for accurate deliverables.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in data engineering, ETL, and data migration.
• Strong SQL skills with complex queries and performance tuning.
• Strong Python proficiency for transformation and automation.
• Hands-on ETL platform experience (Talend, MuleSoft, etc.).

✨ Nice to Have

• Snowflake experience
• Team leadership or mentorship experience
• Experience with CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot
