💼 About This Role

You'll join the Data team to build analytic capabilities supporting value-based oncology care. You will model healthcare data, create visualizations, and deliver insights that drive action. This role offers the chance to own end-to-end data lifecycles and lead data model development for pharmacy interventions and provider incentive programs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and lead improvements to data pipelines and architecture.
• Develop data models for EMR drug delivery and drug economics.
• Establish KPIs and reporting standards for operational efficiency.
• Build analytics dashboards for internal and external partners.

📋 Requirements

• Healthcare data experience (EHR, claims, prior auth).
• dbt and SQL expertise for complex data models.
• Large healthcare datasets in a startup or health plan.
• Analytics and data modeling experience influencing decisions.

✨ Nice to Have

• Python or R working knowledge.
• Looker or similar BI tool experience.
• Drug or Medicare Part D data experience.
