You'll manage and develop a team of hourly associates in an inspection center to achieve production targets. Your core impact is ensuring every vehicle meets Carvana's 150-point quality standards before reaching customers. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage vehicle flow into and out of the inspection center safely
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly production goals
• Coach, develop, and manage performance of assigned team
• Review and approve mechanical and physical defect identification

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record last 3 years
• 1+ years supervisory or reconditioning experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods

• Experience with lean principles
• Knowledge of Carvana's reconditioning process
• Prior automotive quality control experience
