You'll support day-to-day operations at an award-winning apartment community, handling leasing, resident relations, and financial tasks. Your work ensures the team and community feel supported and empowered to thrive. You'll collaborate closely with the Community Manager to resolve resident concerns and drive occupancy goals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct property tours and respond to leasing leads
• Oversee rent collection and payment posting
• Monitor delinquencies and coordinate eviction procedures
• Step in for Community Manager as needed

📋 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's License
• Two years of property management experience preferred
• Six months assistant community manager experience preferred
