💼 About This Role

You'll execute private equity secondary transactions alongside senior team members, focusing on underwriting LP-led opportunities in the US market. You'll drive the diligence and financial modelling process for secondary investments. This role leverages Pantheon's longstanding relationships across primary and co-investment platforms.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute diligence and financial modelling of secondary investment opportunities
• Coordinate with senior team members on deal negotiations and transaction completion
• Monitor evolution and performance of completed transactions and selected buyout funds
• Support secondaries business development and client interfacing initiatives

📋 Requirements

• Prior financial analysis and valuation modelling experience required
• Direct experience underwriting LP portfolio transactions strongly preferred
• Ability to work in collaborative global team including virtually across offices
• Outstanding Excel and PowerPoint skills for financial modelling and investment memoranda

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience from a reputable secondaries firm or private capital advisory practice
• Familiarity with AI and data-science tools for transaction evaluation
