You'll lead a team of pediatric home care nurses, ensuring high-quality, family-centered care. Your supervision directly impacts patient outcomes and staff development in a mission-driven nonprofit. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise RNs and LPNs in pediatric home care
• Manage patient assignments and caseload oversight
• Conduct initial patient assessments and develop care plans
• Perform supervisory home visits and compliance audits

📋 Requirements

• Valid RN license in state
• 2 years nursing experience
• Ability to travel locally for home visits
• Strong leadership and communication skills
