💼 About This Role

You'll lead end-to-end construction of hyperscale data center projects, ensuring safe, on-time, on-budget delivery. You will be the key interface between the General Contractor and internal teams, driving quality and efficiency. This role is backed by a strong commitment to sustainability and innovation in digital infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end construction for data center projects from development to delivery.
• Monitor safety of all site infrastructure, substation, and core/shell construction.
• Manage interface with suppliers, General Contractors, AHJ, and community.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.

📋 Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in data center or large-scale infrastructure construction.
• Proficiency in scheduling software like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Knowledge of building-code requirements and construction methodologies.
• OSHA 30 certification required.

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Professional certification such as CCM, AC, or CPC.
• Experience with green building practices.
