Description

You will own a core product area at Brex, setting multi-quarter vision, leading a team of PMs, and driving cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable business impact. You'll leverage AI tools in your own work and champion AI-driven customer experiences.

Requirements

• 7+ years in product management with experience managing PMs
• Owned and scaled complex product areas in B2B, SaaS, or fintech
• Technically fluent to engage in architecture tradeoffs with Engineering
• Data-driven with ability to define metrics and design experiments
• Clear communicator who distills complex problems into narratives

Responsibilities

• Define and own multi-quarter vision and strategy for core product area
• Identify and prioritize highest-leverage opportunities for business impact
• Manage and develop a team of Product Managers
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and GTM leaders
• Establish planning, prioritization, and execution frameworks across portfolio
