💼 About This Role

You'll join a tech-enabled capital advisory platform as a fully remote Commercial Mortgage Broker, originating and closing commercial real estate financing deals. You'll leverage company-generated leads and an AI-powered lender matching system to scale your production and maximize earnings.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Originate, structure, and close commercial real estate financing transactions end-to-end
• Leverage existing relationships and build a national network of investors and developers
• Analyze client financials and position deals effectively for the market
• Source and negotiate optimal debt and equity solutions across capital products

📋 Requirements

• Proven track record as a commercial mortgage broker or capital markets professional
• Strong lender relationships and deep understanding of commercial real estate finance
• Advanced structuring and negotiation capabilities
