💼 About This Role

You'll provide ABA therapy to children with autism as a play leader in their homes, using creative, high-movement methods to teach communication and social skills. Your impact includes collecting progress data and collaborating with BCBAs to ensure each child thrives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work 1:1 with children in their homes to achieve therapy goals
• Teach communication, social cues, and daily living skills through play
• Collect progress data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs
• Build trust with parents through consistent communication

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year experience working with children
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes
• Pass RBT Certification within 90 days of hire
• Comfortable working inside client homes
