You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll help train new recruits and assist in daily operations to meet sales targets. This role emphasizes your fandom knowledge to drive add-on sales.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Assist with planogram changes and maintain store organization.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate store and merchandise product.
• Ability to pack and unpack boxes up to 50 pounds.
