Description

You will provide personal care, household support, and companionship to help adults stay safe and independent at home. Your work is guided by a registered nurse's care plan, and you'll develop close relationships with clients while assisting with daily activities.

Requirements

• Minimum one year of professional home health or patient care experience
• Passion for caregiving and desire to help others
• Ability to travel to clients' homes
• Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect
• Commitment to providing quality care with compassion and reliability

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care
• Perform household support: light housekeeping, laundry, bed making
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding
• Assist with exercises and range of motion
• Help with ambulation and use of mechanical lifting devices
