💼 About This Role

You'll join Qonto's Growth team to turn raw data into trusted insights, automate weekly reports, and ensure leadership sees accurate numbers. You'll own run reporting end-to-end and drive AI-powered automation with a tight-knit team of 5 analysts.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain and improve WBR/MBR data pipelines and dashboards
• Build AI-powered automation for recurring reporting
• Deliver ad hoc performance analyses on acquisition and conversion
• Support compensation cycle with target-setting and bonus calculations

📋 Requirements

• SQL fluency with joins, aggregations, and window functions
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills including QUERY and INDEX/MATCH
• AI-native mindset with experience using AI tools
• Growth funnel business sense for acquisition, upsell, and conversion

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Amalia or similar compensation tools
• French language skills
