💼 About This Role

You'll join Twilio's GTM Automation team as a Salesforce Administrator, improving the Salesforce.com platform and ensuring data excellence. You will reshape existing processes to be more efficient and support impactful programs for Twilio's fast growth. This role offers the chance to work closely with the business and expand beyond pure Salesforce.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist project managers in Salesforce.com work streams
• Manage data integrity across business systems
• Work with stakeholders to identify process gaps
• Fix existing system problems and identify codebase gaps
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and analysts

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of Salesforce.com implementation experience
• Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201) certification
• Strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ administration
• Process automation tools experience, especially flows

✨ Nice to Have

• 1+ year of Apex development
• Experience with large data sets
• Lightning Components development experience
