๐ผ About This Role
You'll be a gamechanger for our B2B customers, guiding them through the introduction of our intelligent camera system on their parking areas. You'll ensure they extract maximum value from our solution through onboarding, enablement, and proactive relationship building. Strong collaboration with Commercial, Product, and Engineering teams lets you drive customer feedback into product impact.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end onboarding of new customers via email, calls, and live demos.
- Enable customers to become product experts and maximize solution potential.
- Build long-term, trust-based partnerships through proactive check-ins.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Product, and Engineering to relay customer feedback.
๐ Requirements
- 2-4 years experience in Customer Success or B2B customer service (software/tech preferred).
- German at C1 level and business-fluent English.
- Experience with G-Suite, Airtable, and CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.

- Experience in a software company with hardware components.
- Additional languages besides German and English.
