As a Shift Leader, you'll captain our bakery team, predict business flow, and manage a successful shift through hands-on leadership. You'll train and coach team members while ensuring a safe, clean environment.

• Provide incredible customer service and quality products
• Maintain operations, communicate info, monitor production efficiency
• Prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, cleaning
• Manage cash handling and deposits

📋 Requirements

• 1 year customer service experience
• Point of Sale systems experience
• Legally eligible to work in the US
• 18 years or older
