You will own supplier selection and negotiation for an aerospace company building all-electric aircraft. Drive RFx processes, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships to support production transition.

Requirements

• BS/BA and 8+ years experience or MBA/MS and 5+ years
• Automotive or aerospace cost negotiation expertise
• In-depth knowledge of high-volume supply contracts
• Strong executive communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, regulated environment

Responsibilities

• Drive RFx and supplier selection process with stakeholders
• Negotiate cost and contract terms to achieve best value
• Close contract negotiations for production transition
• Manage supplier relationships to develop productive partnerships
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to evolve policies and procedures
