• Create digital images of paperwork for electronic records
• Respond to requests for patient records from internal and external sources

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year Health Information related experience
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to travel local/regionally 75% or more of the time
