You'll lead incident management for high-severity network events at GFiber, ensuring fast service restoration. You'll drive war room calls with cross-functional teams and deliver executive reports. Your work directly minimizes downtime and improves customer internet experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end remediation of high severity events as single thread owner.
• Initiate and lead war room calls with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Run stakeholder communications and deliver executive summaries and ETR.
• Identify and implement preventive measures to reduce incident frequency.
• Generate post mortems/RCA and track incident metrics like MTTR.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1 year experience with network routing protocols and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts.
• Experience with network monitoring and ticketing systems.

✨ Nice to Have

• Incident management experience leading war room calls and executive communication.
• Technical certifications (Nokia, Ciena, MEF, Juniper).
• Knowledge of CWDM/DWDM theory and optical networks.
