You'll be a trusted advisor to key stakeholders at MedTech accounts, driving platform adoption and value recognition. You'll generate contract renewals and partner with Account Executives to secure expansions. This role offers a chance to join a high-growth startup backed by world-class investors.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage a large book of business across diverse accounts and product configurations.
  • Ensure high user-adoption through executive sponsorship and change management.
  • Lead Executive Business Reviews to communicate value and strategic suggestions.
  • Generate contract renewals and partner with AEs on growth strategies.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Deep experience in Customer Success for Enterprise SaaS and/or Medical Technology.
  • Ability to develop close relationships through empathy and deep curiosity.
  • Eagerness to learn and dig into technical aspects of the platform.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (email, PPT).

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Analytical background with data platforms like Amplitude, Looker, Omni.
  • Experience using a customer success platform (Gainsight, Planhat, Vitaly).
  • Experience configuring and performing back end administrative work.
