You'll provide skilled speech therapy services to patients in their homes within Solano County. You'll evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and fluency disorders as part of an interdisciplinary care team. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide skilled speech therapy services in patients' homes
• Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and fluency disorders
• Educate patients and advocate as part of the interdisciplinary care team

📋 Requirements

• Current unrestricted CA Speech Therapist License
• Current BLS/CPR Certification
• Valid CA Driver's License

• Home health experience preferred
• Experience with high acuity patients
• Case management fundamentals desired
