Description

You will design and build operational software solutions to accelerate the development and scale of next-generation defense products, working closely with flight test, field operations, and production teams. Your work will directly impact the speed and effectiveness of Anduril's air dominance systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years in technical operating roles
• Proven end-to-end delivery from ambiguity to scalable outcome
• Strong leadership through influence and building high-performing teams
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Develop test data infrastructure with Flight Test and Engineering teams
• Architect fleet management system to monitor aircraft performance and uptime
• Design tools and metrics to scale production from 1s to 1000s
• Set project impact, prioritization, and timelines; build and grow engineering team
• Partner with senior leaders to solve operational challenges and embed with engineers to identify bottlenecks
