💼 About This Role

You'll perform as Manager-on-Duty and supervise a team in a fun, fast-paced cookie store. You'll support store operations including ordering, inventory, and staff training. This role offers clear growth opportunities with a rapidly growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform as Manager-on-Duty when Store Ops Manager is absent
• Supervise, train and coach 2-5 team members
• Lead onboarding and initial training for new hourly staff
• Support Store Ops Manager with ordering, inventory, and scheduling

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail store
• Prior experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly support staff
• Ability to work a 4-5 day work week including 1-2 late shifts (Thu-Sun)
• Must be 18 years or older with legal eligibility to work in the US

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior Point of Sale (POS) systems experience
• Ability to utilize MS Office, Word and Applicant Tracking System
