💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the primary point of contact for executive-level stakeholders, driving adoption and value of the Drata platform. You'll partner with strategic customers to accelerate their compliance journey and ensure measurable outcomes. This role is hybrid in London.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Serve as primary point of contact for executive-level stakeholders
  • Manage a book of business with 100+ customers
  • Create Mutual Action Plans and review progress via monthly health checks and QBRs
  • Identify customer challenges and drive cross-functional mitigation plans

📋 Requirements

  • 4+ years of Customer Success or Consulting experience
  • 2+ years experience in Security and/or Compliance
  • Experience managing a large volume of accounts
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Catalyst, Sigma, and Jira
