💼 About This Role
You'll serve as the primary point of contact for executive-level stakeholders, driving adoption and value of the Drata platform. You'll partner with strategic customers to accelerate their compliance journey and ensure measurable outcomes. This role is hybrid in London.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Serve as primary point of contact for executive-level stakeholders
- Manage a book of business with 100+ customers
- Create Mutual Action Plans and review progress via monthly health checks and QBRs
- Identify customer challenges and drive cross-functional mitigation plans
📋 Requirements
- 4+ years of Customer Success or Consulting experience
- 2+ years experience in Security and/or Compliance
- Experience managing a large volume of accounts
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Catalyst, Sigma, and Jira
