You'll lead new AI-based product and business initiatives from strategy to execution as the mini CEO of your business unit. You'll collaborate with AI engineers and researchers in small squads to rapidly experiment and validate ideas. This role offers the chance to shape innovative products at the frontier of AI.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Discover and plan new AI-powered products and business opportunities
• Oversee end-to-end product strategy, execution, and performance
• Collaborate with AI engineers and researchers to set product direction
• Validate product-market fit through PoCs and pilots with early customers
• Iterate products based on data and user feedback to drive business growth

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product/business strategy and commercialization
• Led at least one product or business end-to-end from launch to operation
• Experience defining strategies in uncertain environments and achieving commercialization
• Experience analyzing market and customer problems and translating them into product opportunities
• Led product development through cross-functional collaboration with engineers
