๐ผ About This Role
You'll support Hootsuite's highest-valued Enterprise customer accounts, assisting with onboarding and troubleshooting through multi-channel support. You'll help identify trends and escalate issues to improve product experience. This hybrid role is dedicated to Talkwalker customers.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Provide subject matter expertise to Enterprise accounts within accelerated SLAs.
- Troubleshoot and differentiate between product and non-product issues.
- Perform customer account work for onboarding large Enterprise customers.
- Identify cross/up-sell opportunities and connect clients with CAM/CSM.
๐ Requirements
- Up to 2 years in a product or customer technical support role.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, attention to detail, and time management.
- Deep understanding of Hootsuite's features and functionality.
โจ Nice to Have
- Knowledge of ticketing platforms like Salesforce and Jira.
- Experience in multi-channel environment (Phone/Chat/Email).
- Passion for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
