Description
You will define and execute Square's partnership strategy with the Global ISV Community, focusing on recruiting ISVs and resellers to drive distribution of Square's products. You will lead all aspects of deal execution, from identifying targets to closing and launching partnerships, and collaborate with internal teams to drive business results.
Requirements
- 8+ years experience signing and growing distribution partnerships with ISOs, ISVs, VARs
- Deep knowledge of merchant/partner introduction, onboarding, compliance, and contracts
- Understanding of Integrated Payments and POS software interaction
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Recruit ISVs and resellers as primary distribution partners
- Agree commercial terms with leading ISVs and channel partners
- Drive distribution of Square products through the Global ISV Community
- Lead deal execution: target identification, prospecting, business case, structuring, negotiation, and launch
- Partner with internal teams including Product, Marketing, Finance, Sales, Legal
