💼 About This Role

You'll support property locations in Stamford, CT, resolving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair issues. Your work ensures resident satisfaction through excellent service ticket resolution and community upkeep. After 12 months, you'll earn your EPA 608 Universal Refrigerant Certification, fully paid.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in through turn-over repairs and improvements.
• Preserve building beauty and safety through general upkeep, snow removal, and grounds maintenance.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service and handle on-call emergencies.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in building maintenance or trades education.
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.
• Availability for on-call rotation and emergency situations.
• Ability to exert 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently.
