Lead a high-visibility collaboration program supporting a DoD customer focused on enabling secure information sharing. You will drive execution, influence senior stakeholders, and shape the future of secure collaboration across complex environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years of DoD program management experience leading large or complex efforts
• Proven ability to work directly with government stakeholders and senior leadership
• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret

Responsibilities

• Lead the program roadmap and execution for a large, complex DoD collaboration platform
• Lead and synchronize cross-functional engineering teams and stakeholders
• Partner with senior government leadership to align priorities, strategy, and outcomes
• Drive delivery by managing milestones, risks, and performance metrics
• Ensure successful implementation of secure, scalable collaboration capabilities supporting coalition operations
