You'll join the Merchant Platform team at Parafin to build scalable money movement infrastructure that powers our financial tools for small businesses. You'll own core platform systems and drive product launches. This role offers the chance to work on high-impact projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build scalable systems for merchant-facing products
• Develop features to enhance merchant experience and engagement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product integrations
• Own core platform infrastructure and drive reliability improvements

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years building and operating production backend or platform systems
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with asynchronous systems or data pipelines in production
• Strong grasp of engineering fundamentals
