You'll maintain daily yard operations at our Boerne, TX facility, ensuring accurate inventory and a safe environment. You'll support contractors by staging, loading, and unloading materials efficiently. This role offers overtime pay and monthly family dinner nights.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage yard inventory control and procedures, including staging and loading
• Ensure accurate and prompt shipment of loads
• Maintain a safe, hazard-free, and organized yard
• Deliver high standard of customer experience

📋 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Customer experience skills
• Basic math proficiency for inventory counts
• Ability to operate equipment and vehicles safely
