🎯 What You'll Do

• Support a people-first employee culture and model company values.

• Model and coach customer experience principles on the sales floor.
• Assist with ad hoc customer accommodations and uphold operational standards.
• Open and close the store, setting it up for success.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in fast-paced retail or hospitality.
• Experience promoting a people-first employee culture.
• Outstanding communication practices that are clear and structured.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
