You'll manage renewals and growth for a portfolio of UK SMB customers on Trustpilot's review platform. Your core impact will be driving Gross Renewal Rate and Net Revenue Retention through commercial relationships. This role offers the chance to work at a profitable FTSE-250 company with a strong market position.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end renewal process for assigned portfolio.
- Drive upsell and cross-sell to achieve NRR targets.
- Build account plans and maintain accurate Salesforce data.
- Lead commercial reviews and contract negotiations.
📋 Requirements
- Experience in account management or renewals within SaaS.
- Strong understanding of retention, NRR, upsell, and cross-sell.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Ability to analyze account performance and forecast renewals.
