You'll own day-to-day trading and site experience for CASETiFY's global DTC web and app, maximizing revenue through data-driven commercial decisions and promotional strategy. Your core impact is turning customer insights into actionable actions that drive conversion and basket size. This role stands out for its cross-functional leadership across marketing, CRM, creative, and tech teams.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own daily and weekly trading performance of global DTC web and app
- Plan trading and promotion calendar across markets
- Oversee on-site merchandising and product assortment
- Drive product discovery through search, SEO, and navigation
- Lead site analytics and CRO testing for conversion improvements
๐ Requirements
- 5โ8 years of e-commerce experience in a DTC brand
- Proven track record of owning sales or revenue targets
- Strong skills in web analytics tools (e.g. GA4)
- Experience managing on-site merchandising across multiple markets

- Comfortable with promotion and discount mechanics

- Proficient in Mandarin and English
