You'll own and execute the organic social media calendar, manage email marketing campaigns, and support SEO for a growing software consultancy. You'll build a marketing team from scratch with a hands-on, multi-channel approach. This remote role offers flexible working hours and generous PTO.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and execute the organic social media calendar across platforms
• Set up, manage, and optimise email marketing campaigns and workflows
• Support on-page SEO: metadata, internal linking, keyword tracking
• Pull weekly and monthly performance reports from social platforms

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or growth role
• Proven experience managing organic social channels
• Solid understanding of email marketing: segmentation, automation flows
• Analytical mindset: comfortable reading dashboards and making data-driven decisions

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Google Analytics 4 and/or Looker Studio
• Working knowledge of HubSpot (CRM, Marketing Hub)
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, Asana
