Description

You will conduct in-home assessments and functional evaluations for older adults and individuals with disabilities, delivering personalized home modification recommendations to help them live safely and independently at home. You'll collaborate with a remote team and use technology-driven tools to document findings and support process improvements.

Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active, unencumbered OT license
• 2+ years of clinical experience
• Strong interpersonal and clinical reasoning skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home assessments and functional evaluations
