🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise show producers including creative leads
• Develop original show concepts, pilots, and formats
• Act as creative lead and quality steward for audio/video productions
• Guide creative strategy for new launches with platform nuances

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in digital content development or showrunning
• Proven track record developing and launching shows on YouTube or similar platforms
• Experience working directly with influencers or talent management
• Technical production fluency in video and post-production
