You'll drive small business loan origination and build vendor-driven finance channels for a mission-driven lender. Your work directly expands capital access for underserved entrepreneurs in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Originate small business loans up to $350K with focus on equipment financing.
• Build and manage vendor partner networks for deal flow.
• Manage full-cycle deal process from prospecting to closing.
• Track and optimize KPIs like origination volume and pipeline velocity.

📋 Requirements

• Proven track record in small business lending or equipment finance.
• Experience building and managing vendor partner networks.
• Ability to source and close deals in the $50K–$350K range.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

• Experience with SBA lending or CDFIs.
• Prior exposure to equipment leasing or vendor finance programs.
