Description

You will lead PCBA manufacturing for Starlink hardware, driving new product introduction, process automation, and quality improvements to enable high-volume production of the world's most advanced broadband internet system.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in mechanical, industrial, materials, manufacturing engineering or related
• 1+ years experience in manufacturing process engineering, SMT, accelerated testing, or PCB design
• Hands-on SMT or PCBA process experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of IPC manufacturing standards (preferred)
• Experience with SQL, Python, NX/CAD (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Own PCBA manufacturing process engineering for Starlink hardware
• Manage new product introduction, qualifying equipment, designing line layout and tooling, and driving DFM feedback
• Implement, simplify, and automate high-reliability manufacturing processes
• Identify trends and opportunities for optimizing product output, quality, and cost
• Drive processes for volume production including yield improvement and process control
