You'll own the fintech stack strategy for a modern benefits platform, defining build vs. partner decisions across payments, card issuance, and banking integrations. You'll manage key fintech partnerships and influence product roadmap to ensure a scalable, reliable ecosystem. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own fintech stack strategy and build vs. partner decisions
• Manage and deepen relationships with key fintech partners
• Oversee stability, scalability, and utilization of financial infrastructure
• Identify capability gaps and drive solutions via partners or internal teams

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience with fintech exposure
• Deep understanding of payment rails, card networks, processors, and banking infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with Banking-as-a-Service providers like Stripe, Marqeta, or Unit
• Proven experience managing strategic partnerships and technical product implementations

• Experience with compliance considerations or sponsor banks
• Experience with financial infrastructure migrations
