💼 About This Role

You'll lead the strategic direction of Postman's offensive security program, including building a dedicated Offensive AI Security capability. You will shape multi-year offensive security roadmaps and execute live adversarial campaigns against AI systems. This role offers the opportunity to become an industry leader in adversarial testing of LLMs and agentic workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define multi-year offensive security roadmap aligning to business priorities.
• Build and scale dedicated Offensive AI Security practice from ground up.
• Lead structured adversarial campaigns against LLMs, AI agents, and model pipelines.
• Design autonomous penetration testing platforms for continuous security validation.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 8 years in offensive security (penetration testing, red teaming, vulnerability research).
• At least 4 years in people management or leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated experience attacking AI/ML systems and LLMs.
• Hands-on expertise in adversarial testing of agentic workflows and RAG pipelines.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building or managing AI red team programs.
• Familiarity with OWASP LLM Top 10 and MITRE ATLAS frameworks.
• Knowledge of multi-cloud environments and API security.
