💼 About This Role

You'll lead full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across Brokerage, Crypto, and Core Engineering. Your work will directly support protecting customer data and the reliability of Robinhood's systems. This role is based in Chicago, Menlo Park, or New York with a hybrid schedule.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with engineering leaders to define role scope and interview plans
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles from sourcing to closing
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies for passive candidates
• Use recruiting data to track pipeline health and adjust strategies

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
• Experience hiring for Backend, Frontend, and Engineer Management positions
• Experience hiring for specialized skill sets like cloud security or privacy engineering
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter)
