🎯 What You'll Do

• Recruit, select, train, and manage direct reports
• Oversee warehouse operations and inventory of installation materials
• Ensure quality job inspections and crew performance audits
• Manage install jobs from sold project through completion

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant leadership experience
• 4+ years of general construction knowledge
• 3+ years of customer issue resolution experience
• 1+ years of experience with windows including measuring and service

✨ Nice to Have

• College degree or other secondary education
• Experience with warehouse management
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM (Salesforce a plus)
